Drivers side headlight

My motor is blown so i dont drive my car, but i had my foglights off the car, and yesterday i put them back in and today i turned on the headlights and foglights to see if they work, and everything works fine except for the drivers side low beam. Why is it like this?

Maybe the headlight bulb is bad? If the high beam works, it's definitely the bulb - there are 2 filaments for the headlight, one low, one high. If high beam works, that means the wiring going to the headlight is plugged in and happy.
