Does PPF here need to be replaced?

Guys I have been posting about some funny sound coming from the rear of the car when i stomp on the pedal, now i also notice that when the sound comes when i step on the gas my shifter goes up and down!!!!!! is this a symptom of a cracked ppf? its repairable i hope, I cant afford a new one so what I am saying with the symptoms i have i probably have a crack that I can get welded back together right? what do you guys think?

Worn differential bushings display the same symptoms, so you might look into that too. It takes a lot to crack the PPF.
