I need the measurements of the transmission, I have to go pick one up, and am deciding on what vehicle to use.

It's 35" long, and the bellhousing is approx. 15x15".

The tranny will fit in pretty much any car, really. Just make sure to bring a tarp or something to put down under it, it's quite likely you'll spill some stinky gear oil.

Im trying to find out the location of the FD shifter VS FC shifter. I don't have a FD trans to measure.

 

does anyone have a trans out of their car? can you measure from the bell housing to center of the shifter for me? Thanks

Got one here that measures 32 7/8" from end of bell housing to center of shifter boss.
