stiffer motor mounts will help the shifts feel better, the diff bushigns make the rear feel more stable when starting from a stop (no hippity hopping around) and will help reduce tranny movement to a small degree, but stiffer motor mounts or a engine torque brace is what affects shift feel more than anything else.

the other change you will notice (other than reduced wheel hop) is exhaust/diffgear noise.... you will ger a bit more vibration and exhasut noise transmitted to the cabin of the car....but if you already have a loud exhaust then you probably wont even notice it :-)

About to take on this job my self but I have a couple of questions. Do you have to get the front of the car in the air as well? Also do you need to support the trans or will it be fine? Thanks

Front doesn't have to be raised but the transmission needs to be supported.
