Dash light issue

I'm having the wierdest problem right now with my dash lights and running lights. They wont turn on, but my headlights will turn on. The fuses are fine and they aren't shorted out. When I arm the alarm or disarm it the dash lights blink along with the running lights, and my blinkers still work as well. I was wondering if anyone has ever had this problem and knows how to fix it. I have this stupid clifford concept 20 alarm on the car that came with it when I got the car years ago. I will be removing it later on when I just get a new alarm for it, but is there a way to temporarily fix it? It's gotta be the alarm causing the problem, any help is appreciated.
checking your lights
find where they hooked up the park light flash wire from the clifford (junk alarms)
it will be a brown wire from the alarm and make sure where the tied it in to the car should be a red with a black stripe that they di not cut the wire look in the driver kick panel near fuse box

Thanks, but I found out the problem. The problem was that I'm a freakin idiot and it was the tail light fuse. No one told me last night that my taillights weren't working, so I figured it was something else. I still want to rip that piece of junk clifford since it doesn't even really work, thanks anyways though.
