White is the best color on these cars, I think followed by black. Yellow is super nice also but not for everyone!

Sorry an overly enthusiastic newbie owner here trying to review any discussions CW-related.

I have a 94 CW Base with 23K original miles. Trying to stash away the OEM rims and rubbers so I'm looking for suggestions on wheel style/color combos and found this thread. Unfortunately it is mostly textual descriptions. Fellow CW owners please show me your wheel combos!

Thanks! 22k original miles, so I'm almost scared to drive her which is a shame. Looking to get some Recaro or similar red+carbon kevlar bucket seats, if anyone knows anyone selling!

 

I would too, just be careful with the front fender.

 

Funny you mention that. We're swapping our 235/45R-18 tires for 235/40R-18 tires as we speak. Not much room up front for sure.

 

Depend on ride height and camber you might still need to roll your fenders with that tire size. I'm running 245/40/17 on 17x9 +35 up front, and I needed a mild roll in order to not catch the inner lip at full lock going on a bump say like enter a parking lot that is on a small slang.

 

Yeah it is at ~1.3 degrees of camber, with the fronts being 18x8.5 +45. It is a pretty benign offset. May lift the front a tad to make sure we get clearance, but yeah you're dead on. I was sitting on 25 year old original tires that came with the car I was afraid to even back out of the garage. Finally able to have some fun!

Alright I'm getting jealous of these low mileage CW's! 95 PEP CW here with around 106k miles...tan to red conversion...

 

'94 touring CW on Tan converted to black interior. Bought the car with 69,000 miles and now has a bit over 90,000.

Just threw a Shine lip and side steps on it to change it up a little. Have always had the lip spoiler and the street diffuser.

 

I would love to see the red interior!!
