Car runs like crap. cutting/bucking/etc

After several months after this: https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/yet-another-car-wont-start-thread-893746/ my car still isn't great... (problem back then was on the wiring to the fuel pump).

I've been threw bad wiring, dead MAP, broken TPS, etc this last year..

At the moment I have one problem: Car starts but feels like its constantly "cutting" like if the spark wires are swapped on a piston car...
It's undrivable!

Adjusted TPS, spark plugs have spark (i got shocked on them even), has compression, FP is stable and nice, MAP is working and setup corretcly on the PFC, tried several past maps I had that worked on the car (not that the current didn't work)...

During the problems several months ago, I disassembled several parts to check them, including the CAS and trigger pulley. I've seen my pictures from back then and I do believe I assembled it correctly.... but I dunno anymore.

Suggestions?

First of all, sound like you are having a misfire.

Getting shock by the spark does not mean you have a strong enough spark.

Here's what I would do:
1) Remove EGI fuse/relay (this prevents the fuel pump from dumping gas while we are testing out the ignition system)
2) WEAR A PAIR OF PLASTIC GLOVES
3) Remove 1 spark plug wire
4) put a screw driver into the boot where it should connect the spark plug
5) now place the screw driver close to any chassis ground (apprixmately 1-2 inches away from touching it)
6) have some1 crank the car while you look at the spark (it should be bright blue and should jump the gap from 1 inch away.
7) slowly move the screw driver with the boot away from any chassis ground you'll notice the spark will get weaker as it tries to jump to a chassis ground.
8) replace step 3 for each spark plug wires and take NOTE of each wire for their spark/gap jumping ability.

Then update me with what you're results were then we can start from there.

Update for the sake of other ppl's future searches:

Car had spark on all 4.. good spark.

Problem was.... Ppl at Bosh Service mixed the injectors and I didn't re-check if they were right..
So... I had 2x850cc on the secondary's and 1x1600cc + 1x850cc (different brand of the secondary's) on the primary's....
If I was 2x1600cc I guess the car woudn't even start... with only 1 instead of a 850cc, it just runs like major crap... :(

Fixed now.
