Car just clicks and doesn't turn over?

So I did a search and from doing a search it seems as though my problem is the starter and not getting enough voltage from the battery but I just wanted to get confirmation before making any purchases.

So history/mods of the car is a brand new streetported motor with about 5 miles on it. I have a single turbo kit, so no rats nest or anything.

The car started fine the first 5-6 times I started it to go driving. Then one night the car would turn but wouldn't turn-over until the 3rd or 4th time. Then I noticed a fuel leak so I thought ok, the reason for this is because of a fuel leak possibly.

I went ahead and fixed my injectors and when I go to start the car today, it just "clicks" and doesn't even try to turn. I turned the key 2-3 times and both times just a "click" and no movement in trying to turn.

After doing a search I saw that people had problems with the voltage getting to the starter. I had my car jumped to my Dad's truck and again just a "click"

Checked my PFC when I attempted to start the car without the jump and it was reading only 7.3V or so.

So my question is which is the problem.

#1 Need a new battery?
#2 Need a new starter?
#3 Something else I haven't stated yet

Thank you!

do u have any aftermarket security system??
1. check the main fuse.. mine blew and it dint start
2. check batt if it is completely dead
thats all i have came across so far

No aftermarket security systems

Just checked the main fuse under the hood and main fuse wasn't broken/blown so check that one off.

I'm going to bring the battery to Kragen to get it tested. Hopefully it's something as simple as a new battery.

I'll keep you guys updated

It's probably your security relay inside the drivers side kick panel. I had a similar issue on my old FD and fixed it by pulling the relay and jumpering the power wire.

Went and checked the battery out and it was dead. Picked up a new battery and turned the car over and started. Now there is some gas leaking from my fpr so now I need to fix that!
