Can an FD do this?

I know and FD will shoot flames after getting a turbo back exhaust. But will it shoot mega flames liek this supra does?

That will take care of those pesky tailgaters! I wonder if its possible to shut the flames off by turning down the boost or changing the fuel setup in the car?

you could possibly blow someone's engine that way. say a person was tailgating you, and just then a huge flame came out your exhaust. the other car would have to be a turbo car with a front mount intercooler of course. the flame would bake the intercooler and raise their air intake temperatures to god knows what, and kill their engine

dial in some extra fuel and remove the cat. i have some video of my car doing that, every gear. no ****. however, on the supra, it almost seems delayed, and done with the good ole spark plug trick, but something tells me that a guy in a nice supra would not do that. cause then it would cease to a nice supra and transform to a rice supra....

Jeez, I have never seen a Supra shoot flames like that. I have some vid tape my buddy shot while following me on an Angeles Crest run where my Supra shot flames a couple times, but it was real fast and much much smaller than in that vid. Something else is going on there, if not the spark plug trick then dialing in a ton of fuel on a VPC might do it.

I wonder if he's cutting the ignition completely, then turning it back on???

I thought key banging only worked on carbs, not fuel injected ...

maybe he has a thinner exhaust? or maybe when blipping the throttle to shoot flames for distance, having 6 cylinders pushs the flames farther than it would for a small displacement rotary engine.

he is definitely not turning off the ignition.

There are kits you can buy so you can shoot flames. I'm not saying it's fake, but you never know.

The video IS real, I'm sure a search at supraforums will uncover more videos and pictures.
