Hmm.
Most users on here always say Power FC for it's ease of use and tunability. With a tuneable ECU where fuel-cut wouldn't be a problem, MY guess the highest boost level you can run safely would be 14.
But I noticed in your mod list you didn't list an upgraded intercooler or radiator. Do both of those, and 14 sounds respectably safe. That should get you a damn good bit of power with your other mods taken into consideration. 350rwhp is my guess.

NEVER run more than 12psi with the stock ECU.
Since you have some exhaust and intake mods, you may have to take some measures to prevent boost creep.
Your next mod should be an aftermarket ECU followed immediately with a bigger rad. The stock turbos reach peak efficency near 15psi.
I run 14 psi but the stock IC gets soaked pretty quickly (reducing your max boost). My Koyo keeps the engine temps at about 90 C during auto-x. I had to run the car 8 times straight to get it up to 100 C.

i had a f-con tuned by feed. i got it on ebay from some dude in japan. i ran 14 psi with my single turbo but never for long only for a a few seconds. i had it turned up to setting 9. i was scared and i wanted a real deal standalone so i could run larger injectors and so on, i ended up geting a power fc. one of the best things i eva did.
1) Your boost control setup should give you complete control over setting the boost level.
2) FYI, there is no correlation between boost and mods. Some guys run 10psi on a single turbo, others run 15psi on stock twins. The important thing is proper tuning. Anything more than 11psi on stock twins is IMO dangerous. Just get a PFC, have it tuned, and remove the ceiling.
