Boost pattern question

what could it mean if the boost pattern is 10-8-10 and then falls off to 5 on occasion. im asking because i am looking at buying this car. it has the new silicone vacuum hoses but they are not installed yet. what do you guys think?

Could be a failing check valve - it's definitely not something that I would be so concerned with that I wouldn't buy the car.

It's most likely not a big deal and it's probably the check valve that goes to the pressure tank so it's easy to change to
