Not that I know of.

Since you are a vendor, I assume this is your way of gauging interest.

I might make them if no one offers one. I only asked because I personally want one for my car. Snapped it.

If you can eliminate the roll-pin and hole somehow...and still keep it as strong, that would be an advantage. I think that's where the OEM one typically breaks.

Yep. Search for posts from Speed of light for a technical discussion on the topic and metalurgy

Make one from billet aluminum. Should be able to easily make it more robust than the cast stock one made of poo poo metal. Hell you could probably machine one that just replaces the fork piece itself to keep cost down. So people can disassemble their old clutch forks and re-assemble with the billet fork. (dis-assembly of the clutch fork is covered in the FSM)

as much as i dislike how the roll pin goes through the fork, redesigning a complete new fork without the roll pin going through is just too much of a hassle from both a design and install perspective. mazda designed something ok for the job, but their choice of the manufacturing process behind it was poor. i don't blame them, they have to balance cost and time and it's just too easy to manufacture mass amounts of parts with complex geometries by casting them.

that being said, a 4130 billet fork will out perform the cast fork and thats what i intend to make when i get some time.
