Beginner performance mods

I could search all day long and find different answers but I just want to ask the question and get straight answers. I will eventually build the engine and upgrade the turbos etc. ya know put some real power to the pavement. In he meantime, what do you guys think are the best, smartest high performance mods ( even name brands if something is better than another) for a beginner FD owner to put on a bone stock engine. More than likely will be doing all of these by myself.

Down pipe, aftermarket ast & silicone vac lines then fix anything broken or worn out, suspension bushings and pillow ***** are a good place to start.

looks like all the safety items DriftDreamz covered EXCEPT get yourself a Koyo Radiator. as far as performance best thing you can buy for your car HAS to be a B&M short shifter, not just for the performance aspect but under full throttle FD's dont like you to try and shift quickly from second to thrid gear, almost like you have to let off the throttle a little bit then throw into third. I hve said and always will say my best choiuce was always my B&M shifter. I know there are a lot of knock offs out there, and B&M stopped making their's but i would recommend finding one in classifieds section and purchase one a members selling

Absolutely. Don't wait for people to give you bad advice. Just go to the thread and read. This is sort of a waste of a thread.

Fix what doesnt work before trying to mod anything. I'm sure you have lots to do.. Once that is done, get a downpipe, and do some reading.

I'd agree 100% if it weren't for the fact that most people dont care about turning the steering wheel LOL
