air control vavle..part of the secondary control system...without it you will not pass a smog test... it's hidden pretty deep in the lower manifold area...big labor $$$ to replace...

hmm ok but what does it do for the secondary turbo? it seems like there is a air line that goes to it.

That is the thing close to the solenoid rack right, the other side of the coils?
