Hey just wanna know all you peeps opinion on this. Does the 99' Spec. Wing make a nice combo with the RE-Amimeya Tail Light Cover??

SO imagine this tail light with the 99'spec Wing on it...... OR just the original... But remember the question is still in regards whether the RE Amimeya Tail Light cover makes a nice combo with the 99' Wing.

That would look tight, but I think a color match would look better then the carbon fiber one. Then again I'm not a big fan of carbon fiber parts.

 

it would not match since the 99 spec wing is straight and the tail light cover is curved, it would look good with a feed wing or stock wing...IMO.....

 

in my opinion i would just stay wingless with the re-a taillight cover...just my personal opinion though

i agree 100%...it looks great like this! both of them would be over kill . my $0.02

 

I'd think it look better with the r1 wing and the re tail light cover because they would both have the same upswept look.

 

I also agree that it's only good to have the RE taillight cover on a wingless FD.

Dude dont feel dumb you have already made so manny good choices you drive and RX-7 you went to RE-A for some high quality parts. and you are asking us for advice. i would say you have been pretty smart. any way i think that some of the guys hit the nail on the head a stok wing with a low profile will match the sweep of the tail light package, the colors will match too which will make your car look great. send some pics when you get it all done whatever you decide.

I am very partial to wingless with the carbon cover.

 

I've thought of this possibility with my FD.. But after seeing one and seeing how far it sticks out, I've decided not to do it. But RE taillight cover looks amazing with out any wings.

 

I prefer just the tail light cover by itself, it just looks cleaner. But thats my oppinion.

 

Anyone want to do a photoshop? Heres my cf tailight cover, im sure someone could photoshop a 99 wing on their.
