It is this time FIA GT3 AFFLUX GT3 Aero was made in the image of the machine, but the duct of the distinctive front fender has been added. Reduce the amount of lift and remove the air in the fender in the original gouging narrowing and additional duct, to improve the running! " https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx7...58a436f1a8.png |

Nice, it fits 295s like rolled fender stock body FD. We need tire manufactures to make wider 25" tall tires so we can put more tire up front on wide bodies.:icon_tup: +65 fenders on an FD fit a theoretical 350mm wide tire Front/Rear with the right offset. 335/30-18 will fit super easy, just can't turn unless you cut up the unibody in front. |

They made it clear they will not sell the fenders separately.

I'll be on a military C-130T going from just north of LA to Atsugi if anyone wants to get free shipping next month.

Also keep in mind this does not include the front bumper, RX8 side markers, front combo lights, front splitter or side canards. It's a pretty pricey kit, but authentic FEED stuff generally is. |
That (and other) widebody kits doesnt do anything for me. $4300 for part of it seems a complete waste of money, and ruins the car.
|
Who else is ready for the screw-on over-fender craze to be over?
I'd also like the front fenders if it weren't for those gills. |

Do the vents only pull from the wheel well?

That's what we're saying. 4300 bucks for some fenders and side steps is a rip-off.
C'mon guys, support our forum sponsors! Maybe the costs to make products is expensive in Japan? i'm assuming here |
[QUOTE=Natey;12127994]That's what we're saying. 4300 bucks for some fenders and side steps is a rip-off.
Not if you consider the time and money spent on the track and in the shop developing and designing the parts then building the molds. If no one buys the genuine parts then brands like FEED and RE and R Magic wont make them anymore. Then how happy will we all be? |
[QUOTE=7_rocket;12128038]Understood but would you pay $4300 before shipping for two fenders and 2 side skirts? I think not.
Actually I would and HAVE! I spent $16,000 CAD getting a full wide arch RE Amemiya AD GT kit from Japan to Canada. Don't believe me? Check my for sale ad in the Canadian Classifieds!!!! (and no this is not me plugging my parts for sale - I firmly believe in buying genuine parts, even if the cost is high. Just think, if all wide arch kits were cheap then everyone would have them - then they wouldn't be rare, or cool or different. Sometimes it is good that things take a long time to save for, that's what makes a project car worthwhile) |
So the guy selling JDM parts demands that we buy JDM parts. 16k for an over-the-top body kit is your decision. That 16k would have built me a mean 20b or bought me an EVO8 as a daily driver.
Why are you selling the kit, anyway? To answer the question, I would be happy as ever. I don't plan on Tokyo drifitng or showing my car anyway. I just like to go to the track and stuff. Plus the lines on a stock FD look so good and won so many awards that's its hard to think I can improve upon them with some fender flares. Time and money spent at the track?? Sheeit. Where do I sign up? |
I am selling because I was lucky enough to have just bought a car at auction with a genuine kit already fitted, hence I no longer need the one I already have.
My support of genuine JDM has NOTHING to do with the fact that I am selling a kit. Just imagine if someone ripped off the 12A and resulted in Mazda never having developed the 20B.....how much would that suck??? Without revenue, companies cannot do research and development. Copying body parts is the same principle. |
Would a stock width OEM or aftermarket front bumper work with this or would you need a bumper suited for a widebody such as from RE-A or TCP? Love the kit just never been a fan of the bumper.
|
I expect you will need a wider front bumper based off the photos.
It would be interesting to know which other wide bumpers will fit with it. |

Looks like regular width bumper and the kit comes with the lower fender to bumper add-on piece to make it come together. |
