Got a manual FD, differential was acting as if was welded, always staying locked. Took the differential out and it has a CUSCO RS unit inside. Looks like the housing Chanel’s where the clutches ride has some scaring…which would prevent the clutches from moving freely and allow the differential lock/unlock.
Any one has experience with this?
Am I able to buy just the housing? Clutches didn’t look damaged.
References for getting the differential built?
