Mazdas' Iconic SP

I recall some time last year someone posting about Mazdas new patent of a 2 rotor engine running an all electric platform. Well, here it is, I'd really like to see this in production if they can make it happen!

It looks amazing! It definitely captures the spirit of the RX-7. A rotary engine in a hybrid electric platform sounds really interesting. I also hope they can make it work in production!

Toyota, Subaru and Mazda had a conference about cleaner engines and Mazda brought a 2 rotor rotary
and some tires for some reason

SP - I'm not loving it, maybe as a smaller BRX-ish version but the RX Vision is a much more elegant design, it won best design award when it was showcased and to me is the best looking so far.

New engines? - Meh if only used as EV generators... well, at least parts will be manufactured and will allow shops to come up with new things.

No, it's not as awesome as the RX Vision, but the vision is also not very realistic in terms of proportions—and I'd hate to see happen to it what happened when the FT1 became the Supra. The Iconic is great in its own right, and looks far more like a realistically proportioned car.

I think it's absolutely beautiful. Hope it makes production.
