Compression results for rebuilt 13B REW

I have been given the following compression results for a 13B REW just rebuilt and run-in by a professional engine builder (all normalized to 250 rpm at sea level (kgf per cm2/psi)):
o F: 8.63/122.7, 8.31/118.,2 7.92/112.6
o R: 8.64/122.8, 8.18/116.3, 8.24/117.2

Are these results in line with what I can expect from a rebuilt engine?

Yeah that sounds good. As time goes on the numbers will probably get better. That's right there for a healthy engine.

They sound pretty good to me too. For posterity to readers including myself can you provide any details on the rebuild? Housings....new or used...hard seals, springs, irons lapped etc?

Bit of a discrepancy on the front rotor from high to low reading..... pretty good, not the best around but certainly not the worst. I'd think fairly low mileage hard parts and most relevant seals new. Possible irregular side seal clearancing leading to the 10 psi tolerance on the front.

Thanks all.

I don't have any information on the technical specs and I won't be able to get them, sorry.
