Shouldn't be so hard.. I don't personally have em yet.. but..

Remove secondary intake
Remove S pipe off of lower I/C (makes it easier)
Disconnect elec connector from airpump
Loosen tension bolt for alternator (12mm)
Remove belt
Remove 2 12mm bolts from airpump
Disconnect hoses from airpump and remove
Remove airpump tension bracket
Plug hoses that went to airpump
Remove nut on alternator (if you can't take off alternator and have someone w/ an impact tool to take it off) take pulley off and replace w/ GReddy pulley
Remove 4 10mm bolts off water pump pulley and replace w/ GReddy pulley
Install new belt from GReddy
Tighten alternator tension bolt
Replace I/C and intake pipes

A gear puller? For what?

Where are you stuck at w/ the airpump?

Take the alt to a garage..

Try soaking the bolts w/ liquid wrench..
