19" (top/bottom) x 9.5" high x 2.25" thick
TIG welded end tanks, CNC hose barb outlets (2.25 inlet, 2.25" outlet)

Yeah it should fit.... I think the radiator on a TII is 22 inches wide..
Any time you install an intercooler that is not specifically made for a TII you should expect to do some cutting, or fabricating.

is the 19" the core or with the endtanks? if that's total. it could be another 3-4"s longer. if that's the core, it might be a bit too long.

you'd want the pipes to be coming out the top... not out the side though....

the starion one is 2.25 x 8.5 x 21 total and it fits like this
http://www.1300cc.com/howto/how2/frontend/phase5.htm

you can't fit anything thicker, and it has a few inchs side to side, height wise it's perfect. taller would fit, just woudn't be in the air/flow

That looks pretty good, although I don't know much about FMIC's. I am interested in the Starion one myself for the reasons that Scott 89T2 said about the openings.

Why is that? The GReddy one(I'm about to order) has them on the sides on the bottom just like that one.
