I think my shocks are still pretty good (at least the car doesnt sag at all??)

Beats me...but it sounds like a bad idea.

However, your car sagging or not sagging has nothing to do with your struts. That is the spring. The strut just manages the rebound control of the spring.

If you put too stiff of a spring for a specific strut the strut will not be able to control the dampening, leading to a dead strut.

What are the spring rates for the S-Techs?

:: Body: FC3S

:: Spring Rate Front: 2.1/117 (gf/mm, lbs/in)
:: Spring Rate Rear: 2.4/134 (gf/mm, lbs/in)
:: Ride Height Front: -25 (mm), -1 (inch)

:: Ride Height Rear: -24.5 (mm), -1 (inch)

.....the rear springs are heavier than the the fronts? That seems odd.
