what should i do

well i dont have a FCD or a fuel pump and not sure if i want to run more psi on my motor but my TID has some cracks in it down on the edge where u tighten the circle thing bit im not sure if its leaking or not but i dont really want to buy a stock TID but i want to upgrade it at the same time will have have to get a fuel pump or a FCD if i make a new one??

The need for more fuel, and the need to replace a broken TID, is COMPLETELY unrelated.

Fingers 07-05-03 09:20 AM

But uhh... forget the stock tid, make your own :)

RylAssassin 07-05-03 09:24 AM

Just what are you asking?? Do you want to run more boost? Or do you want to fix your stock TID?? Man you aint makin no sense!!

Hey Ryl, I believe the term you're looking for is "education", but thank you for proving your own point ;)

Hey anyone can make a simple spelling mistake but this kid cant even write a legible paragraph

Agreed. The lack of punctuation in posts on this board has reached epidemic proportions. I don't care if "this is the internet" . . . it is still the written language!

I doubt making a new inlet duct will put you *over the top* as far as boost goes. I don't know that for sure since I don't have a series five, but doubt it very much. And before wasting your bucks on a waldo fuel pump, do the fuel pump rewire. That should be sufficient for ten psi plus a touch more.

sorry for getting everybody confused. i basicly just want to make a new TID what do u guys think i'll need and does anybody have a link on how to rewire the fuel pump
