What the F*** is wrong?
 

I have an 87 T2 with a 91 motor, i got it running but the idle bounces between 800-1100. I eliminated all emissions and plugged all the hoses in and all. Also, when if i punch it, it sputters. I have 720CC secondary injectors, 550 primary injectors, 3rd gen fuel pump, and no fuel controller. Should i be using any solenoids?

What do you have to require 720cc injectors? Are you planning on running more boost, if not the 720's are too much for stock boost levels and will bog down.

Without a fuel controller, those 720’s will be making you run crazy rich over 3800rpm, and the fuel pump has probably enriched everything across the board slightly. You have to run a controller with larger injectors or you’ll just be losing power, drinking fuel and increasing engine wear. This will also be causing the stumbling problem. Shouldn’t you have asked that before you ripped them all off? ;)
The Relief, Switching and EGR solenoids (blue, grey and yellow plugs respectively) are redundant once the emission controls are removed. The fuel pressure regulator solenoid (orange plug) should stay, but if it’s removed you have reroute vacuum to the FRP, you can’t just plug it off. The Twin-Scroll solenoid (green plug) can be removed but you have to wire the flap in the manifold open (which will slow turbo response) or remove it entirely.

the car was running fine at one point. Do you really thin thats the problem?

Check the TPS as well. It could be out of adjustment, or even bad.

The problem is those injectors with no fuel controller.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that these problems probably won’t be causing your funny idle, although a vac leak from all those removed solenoids might. As mentioned, check your TPS is set right and look for any vac leaks.
And buy a fuel controller! ;)

Did you remove the BACV? :) and did you swap the wiring and ECU out of the series 5?

Damn I feel like all I get is attitude on this board lately. Ok here it goes well there is both an BACV (Bypass Air Control Valve) and a ACV (Air Control Valve). When he said "I eliminated all emissions and plugged all the hoses in and all." I am assuming that the AVC left when he took out the smog pump. The BACV is part of the ISC System (Idle Speed Control System) and from my knowledge when this has been taken out of the equation when using the stock engine management system it has been known to have a bad idle. I know I am not RETed (bow’s to RETed :)) but I was just trying to help out thinking that if the BACV was taken out it might be causing some issues. Plus I did ask if he changed to the series 5 wiring and ECU this would also cause issues do to the different sensor set up and the higher compression. Sorry if I came off all mad :)

I think you just confused him. I didn't know what you ment either. I have never seen the term "BACV" before, and trust me I read WAY to much on here :). it is aways refered to as the "BAC valve" here, not "BACV"
