hey guys im wondering what this is it is. the diafram that sits below the turbo and wastegate actuator. it has a steel line that bolts to it,and it is also connected to the turbo manifold any ideas????? :scratch:

It closes off one of the passageways betweem the exhaust manifold and turbine housing under 2700 RPM to increase exhaust gas velocity, and improve low end boost response.
