I was suprised at how much physically bigger the Supra pump was compared to my old Warlbro 255. It apparently flows more as well (although flow is dependent on voltage). One of the VR4/Stealth sites did some tests and graphs of the pumps in question. http://www.stealth316.com/2-fuelpumpguide.htm http://www.stealth316.com/images/flowtest-walbro.gif http://www.stealth316.com/images/flowtest-denso.gif Honestly, I don't know why people even run dual pump setups unless they are doing like 700+ to the wheels. My friend ran that exact Supra pump in that pic with a Kenne Belle boost-a-pump on a 600whp setup in a 3000GT. |
And your question is?
|
uhh, it's not a question. It's a statement. The Supra TT pump is definately better than the Warlbro 255 for high horsepower applications.

installing the supra is it easy like the walbro or modifications required

Hitting 400hp is almost trivial. You go duals cause hitting 500+ hp on a rotary isn't that easy. Going with a single to flow that much fuel gets EXPENSIVE. -Ted |
