trying to complete

ok. i've posted under suspension section, but didnt get any response So...

I've got rear shocks off car. Spring compressor is installed on the shock to let some spring weight off the top of the assembly. I cannot get the main damper bolt off. what's the trick? it just wants to spin the whole assembly. i've got the unit in a vise and have tried everything i can think of. help, thanks, Markus

Have you tried to heat up the nut before you try to remove it, that usually works!!

ok. got the rear shocks/new springs installed. Getting ready to start the front.

took me 2.5 hours for both rears. fronts are alittle more complicated... looks that way at least.

P.S Tokico HP's and Eibach progressive springs.
