Time to replace cat, Bonez, mindtrain or Random Technology?

Hey guys, its time for emission. I need a cat very badly. Should I get the RP cat, get a Random Technology cat and make a custom dp or get a mindtrain cat with a custom dp? I have a 90 NA, which of these will be the best choice? I would like to hear you guys' opinions. Also does any header in the market connect straight to the cat or do i need a test pipe?

I think somone should make a super restrictive cat that you can bolt on and is used solely for emissions test
