Sensor Location....
 

I was just wondering if there are any sensors under the seat (U.S. car I believe). I have no spark as made known by my other posts but it is at a shop and he was talking about some sensor(s) under the seat. Is this true?

There is only one under the passenger seat but it's for the exhaust overheat light in the idiot cluster.

a mechanic is looking under your seat for a problem with no spark :dunno:

I know like what the hell is going on....Is there any sort of wiring or something?...my dad talked to him so I don't know if he was talking about a sensor for sure...This is why I wish I would have talked to him myself....I mean it's no spark it should only be so complicated right? I am thinking of just getting it back and trying to figure it out myself...You guys have already given me more then enough help...especially Hailers, thanks man just bear with me....

The Heat Hazard Sensor under the right seat will relieve the secondary air from the ACV to the converter, to prevent the converter from over heating more than it is at that moment.

No spark: Pull the small white, two wire plug off the Lead coil assy. Key to ON. See if there is batt voltage on the black/yellow wire in that plug. Leave the other wire alone. IF you have batt voltage, the coil should spark. If you don't have power, then the Main Relay isn't sending it batt voltage. Could be a bad EGI fuse or a bad ENGINE fuse (no power to pull in the Main Relay). And very unlikely, a bad Main Relay.
