Solder is always better.
For experimenting - a switch panel: http://208.62.166.66:82/guest/pics/9...itch-panel.JPG |

hey sureshot i want to ask you something about the safc, its a pretty noob question but the problem is pissing me off. i instaled the safcII a couple of days ago and i tune my lo throtle and everything was ok. then i go today to take my car out cause its been sitting for a few weeks. and i start messing whit the safc passwords and stuffs, and now everytime i tune it, when i turn off the car and turn it on again the data that i put on the safcII is gone and i have to tune it again it pisses me off cause i have to do everything again. i just want to know if i have to do something so the data can be saved so i dont have to tune the safcII over and over again.
thanks |
The settings are supposed to be automatically saved, so something is wrong with the unit.
I'd first try a filter cap on the 12v supply wire in case something is spiking it. If that fails, contact Apex Integration Inc. 714-444-4378 |
thanks sureshot but the problem was fixed i think the problem was that i was doing the initial setup with the engine on the manual says that i had to do it off. thanks for the help.
