S5 TII into a S5 Vert ignition question

In a recent swap, putting a S5 TII motor in a S5 Vert and running the S5 ECU only the front rotor is firing. Same results on two seperate ECU's. Switching back to the vert's ECU fires everything and idles fine. Anyone else run into this problem? was something missed? any suguestions welcome.
TIA

How are you running two different ECU's in there? They wire entirely different.

Ok, the injector harness was switched to the TII and uses TII injectors, but the rest of the harness is the vert's. On an old rx3/TII swap this worked perfectly fine. It actually ran better on the N/A ECU than it did with the TII ecu.

You can't use a S5 non turbo harness hooked up to a S5 Turbo ECU... it does not match up.

You need to use the appropriate ECU to the harness. For example, the vert uses a N35X engine harness and a N35X ECU.

But the Turbo uses a N37X ecu and harness

what you are saying does not match up... does match after fiddling with the harness as described.
forget it... nevermind.
thanks.
