S5 door panel plastic plugs replacements

Hi guys i was replacing the bulb on the door panel and i found i have broken a log of the plastic plug things that go behind the door panel,
is there any way of replacing these, or what are they correctly called so i could find replacements

i wasnt able to find it online, but i was able to find this website with a picture of it only describing that it fits Miata 1990-1997 and a MPV 2000-2006

so i guess ill search a fastener for a miata 1990-1997 since I wasnt able to find it easily using the part number
hopefully i find a good place and let people know

I used ford panel retainers to fix mine, since we have them at work to replace the ones that break on customers cars. They hold WAY better. I call them "fir trees".

They look like this.
