rx7 vs. civic

If I have a non-turbo rx7 with a mazda trix exhaust system no cats and a cold air intake and im about to race a 2001 civic ex non-turbo with an exhaust and cold air intake for 5,000 dollars. i want to know if i will win before i go through with the race?

yeah but the civic has 110 in the engine stock! plus cold air intake and exhaust now what do you think will happen?

You will need at LEAST a T78 turbo and a PP port to hang, but you should win if you shift and launch perfect. Better go with a independent fuel and spark control as well, a Motec system should do it.

y the **** would u race for such an amount of money but.....

i have an s5 with RB true dual exhaust and a filter....thats pretty much the only power adder i have, my 5th and 6th ports are working and i race the 2000 Civic Si and i beat them no problem, ive raced 2001 Integra GSRs and I keep up with them

is urs s4 or s5?.....i say this is still a stupi race but i would like 2 now the outcome

................i jus noticed the uber comment u posted about 110 horsepower....maybe u should leave this forum cause u obviously dont know anything about ur rx and dont seem to research

I am about to race my Geo against a non turbo rx7. My mods are window tint, ebay super charger, jdm tail lights, and some cool vtec decals. The rx7 has rims, the 3800 hes., hot start problems, don't pass emissions, wont rev over 5,000 rpm, and a fram oil filter. Who is gona win? We are racing for pinks.

first i doubt you have 5k or your buddy with the civic to dump on the race due to the fact both cars are slow as **** and basically both stock.5k cost more than both cars almost combined also.as stated above by beef you are a ******* idiot

you should purchase a vtec controller and some neon lights preferably pink to add 50whp!!!
