well... going through the trouble shooting section of the fsm as to why the car wont start... and one parts says to check the plugs... we pulled them and 3 of the 4 look alright (and they were in the correct locations) but one of the electrodes was rounded off and had a greyish white glaze... this plug was in the rear rotor leading side....

so i guess im asking... what would cause the glazing and rounded electrode? is this plug bad?

 

rounded indicates the plug is worn to the point of needing replacing
