That's pretty cool, especially since it's a dual pulley.

nice but to much $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

SLOWT2 05-01-02 11:19 AM

very cool but a little pricey

1FastT2 05-01-02 11:22 AM

Definately neat looking but not near worth the $280 price tag.

Samps 05-01-02 11:25 AM

There are people starving all over the world; and we are spending $280 on a stupid alternator pulley with a rotor on it.

So where can I get it?

AreExSeven 05-01-02 12:23 PM

id take one....

....if I had $280 extra laying around

87GTR 05-01-02 07:47 PM

you can get it at
http://www.sanai-d.com

I should get an email back from they today most of the time website price is not the real price. so lets see if we can get it cheaper

I also asked if I order 15 if they will give a discount just to see what they say.

Of course it wouldn't be made out of gold. :o: It's just for looks my man. Now just imagine having to clean that thing to go & sell in the pawn shop because the alt doesn't work anymore.

Ahh....Once again, proof that sarcasm does not translate well over the internet.

I meant that for the price, it must be made of REAL gold.

adamlewis 04-25-03 06:24 AM

I was just about to say, "Wasnt Higgi making those?..."

Josepi 04-25-03 09:27 AM

Higgi, how long does shipping generally take from over there to the east coast US?

hIGGI 04-25-03 09:34 AM

5-10 days.....

Turbo Timmy 04-25-03 09:55 AM

I think higgi's are regular sized and the one in the top is underdrive.

Thats right, I bought one from hIGGI, they are badass looking little things:bigthumb:

carx7 04-25-03 10:41 AM

You don't really want underdrive on the alt. These cars are known enough for electrical problems without underdriving the alternator. I looked long and hard for my "normal" sized dual pulley. The underdrive ones don't do anything on a street car. It's an alternator.... how much drag do you really think there is... not very much. These are a steel of a deal, and normal sized is just perfect!

prmazdarx7 04-25-03 11:16 AM

hey higgy you show them big companies that we can do better than them and cost efficient.
280 $ for that is cracy

40 from you is a great price.

i got your email the reason i have not ordered one yet is because i got laid off from work.

but i will get one when i get me a better job hehhe

Turbo Timmy 04-25-03 11:23 AM

I think the "underdrive" pullies actually spin it faster, cause they are smaller. Smaller size means greater rotations per belt revolution. If you think about how a bike works the highest gears are the smallest ones. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong cause I've been thinking about this for a while. Feel free to use math.
