I haven't seen anything on here about a roof wing. I don't see it's purpose though.

Haven't seen one installed in person, but I don't think it flows well with the lines of the FC's hatch. They do look good on Golf's and Civic hatch styles, though.

It's not really a roof spoiler.
It's more of a hatch shade thingy.

If you had the actual spoiler with it, it would be a similar setup to the mark 2 supra hatch with the double wing.

I like it, i think it would look good in conjunction with say a RE Wangan style wing...

The one Raceonusa offers is a replica of FORESIGHT. It protrudes upwards..... The one we have.....is more like the gray car 87GTR posted......

You guys might like this one more.........it's much cleaner. But yeah guys.........I don't really think it serves much of a purpose other than for looks.

at this point it will be aesthetics........i doubt there are any benefits.

i think it looks ghey, much like the rear window louvers. it looks like a car wearing a hat backwards.

It looks like it might be to smooth the detachment of air from the roof too rear hatch area. I still dont think it looks very good tho,..

and its gotta negatively effect reverse driving aerodynamics :gayboy:

IMO it looks like it disrupts air flow to the spoiler, you want downforce on the back of the car not a little at the middle, if it even adds any downforce at all. it looks like a worthless piece that is just for aesthetics and negatively affects performance.

how about someone throw it in a wind tunnel and get some real answers instead of just guessing..... hmm. oh and stop putting in your 2 cents just to say it "ghey". Its gay to say "ghey". and if you dont have something constructive to say then shut up. thanks.

LOL, thats what i thought too. I can imagine a 17yr old driver that where's his hat backwards too. I'm a stock body fanboy though, nothing looks better to me than what it came with.

Dude, regaurdless whether it's a girl or guy, the ratio of size of Japanese driver to car makes that FC look like a Cadillac! It's huge! I'm 6'1" and my car's like a tinker toy!

And on that note a Japanese chick in a FC is freakin hot!

I just wanted to see how it would look. I don't think that you can really pull it off without destroying the lines on the car. It gives it an 80's camaro look that I am totally not digging. I like the light, small, fast look myself.

reviewing the pic, if the wing tilted up a bit, it actually looks like it's in a better place for downforce than a wangan wing. It's almost directly over the rear tires and the air doesn't have to travel down to reach it.

(and to the guy who said my 2 cents isn't useful, keep all "It looks like"s and "I think"s to myself and let the wind tunnel do the talking/ I'm just mentioning, you can scroll over my post, we all know what these threads "are about", as you keep saying "this thread's not about" etc.)
