Replacement intercooler hoses?

I’ve bought two different brands of silicone replacement hoses for the FC intercooler but both do not fit. The lower intake hose is too long and high so it’s hitting the firewall and too tall for the intercooler to fit/ be reinstalled. The hoses are also obviously longer than the originals even without measuring. What is going on? What spec did they make these from? Looking online all of the other brands look the same too. I found the oem lower intercooler hose from Atkins Rotary but still no luck for the upper one. Any tips?
thanks.

Its funny I found this. I also just bought some from PM2, and they did not fit great. I ended up making them work by cutting longer than was hitting the firewall. However, I did get it to work with some efforts; it's a bit annoying, and honestly it seems smaller than stock. But better than a ripped boot at least.

Did you also replace your upper intercooler hose?
yes! Diameter of one of the P2M hoses was too small. It’s weird so many of these companies have “direct replacements” when their lengths and even diameters are incorrect. I thought I was doing something wrong! It doesn’t seem hard to fabricate silicone ones based off of factory hoses?
