Removing Subframe/Diff: How To Remove Rusted Fasteners?

Roughly 90% of the bolts that I have to take off are just not budging. See I got this car off of this old man (family friend) who barely drove it, but it sat in his field for 4 years until I came along. So the bolts are impossible even with a 92ft-lbs impact on them. I could use a braker bar but that would just brake them anyway. I have used roughly one can of WD40 on them tryin to let them soak in a bit. My question is what would you guys use/do to get them off.

92 Ft-Lbs? That's a very small impact gun...

The best way to remove stuck and rusted bolts/nuts is something like the following:

Over a period fo a few days, keep the fastener soaked with a good penetrating oil like PB-Blaster. WD-40 is useful only as cutting oil or a cleaning solvent.

Use a man-sized impact gun (250 FT-LBs or greater) to try to loosen the fastener. If it doesn't budge, resoak with penetrating oil. The impacts from the gun will open up small pores into which the penetrating oil will flow.

Try again with the gun, or a huge breaker bar. Most of the bolts on the underside of the car are large and you will have a hard time breaking them.

If that doesn't work, heat to cherry red with a torch after applying more penetrating oil. Shoot on penetrating oil while the fastener is still hot, then reheat and try to remove while it's still glowing.

ya it is just my brother who I live with is a Dewalt freak so he has a 14.4V Impact. I would normally use my 3 foot braker bar with a snipe, but after shearing the bolts on the calipers I am kinda scared.
