Problems...

So I managed to get my new FC running this afternoon, it just got out of a one year storage. So while I let it burn some oil (was flooded) I go back inside for two or three minutes since everything looked normal. The problem is when I came back the temp. gauge was at the highest level so my question is how much damage can 3 mins of overheating do? It also seams the exhaust started to ''pop'', which I think is afterburning. The motor is still running smooth so I dont think I busted a seal but might a damaged one so I'll run a comp. test tomorow. In the mean time I'd like to know the extense of the damage I could have done.

The coolant level was low but I took care of that, I didn't notice any change since then but the motor didn't run more then 10 mins afterward.
