I'd make a better title but i couldnt think of it

I think the timeing is off, I got a 91 N/a and when its ideling and I half or floor it at the idle and let go before it hits 2-2.5ish the engine sounds like its grinding as its going from 600ish to 2.5ish not too smooth kind of like this one guys car he put a vid up over here and people said his timeing was offf and it was well mine is smooth if I just barally add gas it dosent make any noise but if i give it some juce from idle it grindes

When flooring it from idle it sounds like its grinding. When flooring it from 3K and higher its smooth and sounds fine. Reving it with less then half throttle from idle DOSENT make the grinding sound...so I was thinking maybe the timing is alittle bit off?
