Oil leak down driver side of engine??

The oil is very clean...not dirty at all. The oil is leaking down the driver side onto the top left spark plug. I cant see where its coming from...and I havent pulled the intercooler off to see if I can find the leak. I just found it this afternoon. Any ideas where I should be looking first? Thanks yall.

My power steering hoses had a small leak, that's really clean oil and on the driver's side.

The two most common locations are the oil filter pedestal and the oil pressure sender.

However you say yours is leaking at the FRONT of the engine? If so, then you may have a more serious problem. Could be as simple as seepage out of the filler neck, a small leak at the front cover gasket or a leak at the dowel pin (requires engine disassembly).

Thoroughly degrease the area so that it's spotless and then start the engine and let it idle. See if you can find where the oil is coming from. It will always be above where you think it is. If you can't find it immediately, go for a little drive and then check periodically.

Ok. I'll check those this weekend. I'll have to remove the intercooler to really get a good look wont I?

Could be coming from the turbo's "oil feed-line"--which consists of a hard-line running up and over the top of the motor. The leak would likely be coming from the banjo-bolt on top of front-iron, on the drivers-side. If it's ever been removed, it has the propensity to leak if the copper-washer isn't installed perfectly.

Ok. Thanks Erik. Ill check it.
