Will a 42 offset fit on my car? quickly have 3 hrs left

how wide are the rims?

and I believe fc3spro has a list of wheel fitment sizes and offsets - could be in FAQ though

If its a 7" rim nothing more then 40 is recommend. You can fit them but it may be VERY snug or it could very well risk rubbing.

17x 7 what do you mean by snug jager? I looked at the faz(I know about it) but was wonder if 42 would work fine, eventhough its recommend for 40

7" wide wheel isn't recommend with anything over with stock replacement struts and springs. You get 10mm either way with coilovers. 41mm and above can lead to possible rubbing.

Im running tanabe gf210's(drop of 1.5") with kybs(AGX). So its not stock anywho, thanx though I didnt get those rims.

17" x 7.0", +42 should be okay with a 225 / 45 / 17 tire.
Going with the 235 wide tire, it might rub the insides.

You really should save your money before buying those cheap-*** Motegi / OBX / Nippon Racing / ADR crap though...

what would be the offset for a 17x7.5 rim? can you fit a 235 tire on 17x7's for the rear?

those arent bad i deal with adr's all the time....there good for tuner apps. as far as a 7? they wouldent look bad, just get the right tire....

what would you suggest I run for tire on that type of rim. I thinking 235/45r17's rear and 215/45r17's front or 225/45r17's front. Would that suffice?

Guess what I just ran a check on the rims I purchased last year and they are 16x7's with a +42 offset. So I guess me purchasing 17x7 rims with a 42 offset will work, nice!!
