OEM Wheels for 1990 Turbo II, Where Available?

I am the owner of a very low kilometer car, with pristine wheels and original rubber (<10k km) and I am looking for a second set of wheels so that I can leave the orginal tires and wheels together. I should have just bought additional wheels when I bought the car in the fall of 1989. If you know of a source for as new wheels for this model please PM me. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Sadly, the OEM turbo wheels are becoming quite rare. I've seen people asking $800-1200 for a set of OEM wheels. They don't seem to come up for sale too often, but maybe someone on the forums has a set stashed away they'd sell for a reasonable price. I personally really love the OEM wheel design.

Yup, they are no longer available new, so the only option is finding a used set. I'll be keeping my OEM T2 wheels forever on my S5T2 as I love the way they look! Only downside with these OEM wheels is they can be a PITA to keep clean, and finding performance tires in the OEM size is getting difficult.

What could be considered a reasonable price. Based on what they are(fairly lightweight and forged not a cast wheel IIRC) what they were new and the rarity of them is $800-1200 unreasonable? I ask because I have a set I'm trying to decide if I would want to get rid of but don't know what they are worth. Forged wheels of a similar weight are over $1600 a set these days. "Cheap" cast Rotas are $1000 now.

i used to pick them up off craigslist for 200 a set with center caps.

i personally think between this and the infini 3 wheels, there are no better oem wheels for an FC.

Funny, when we purchased the '89TII new, we weren't fond of the wheels, so replaced them with some
Cragars, old school then went to 16" BBS. The OEM wheels and caps are as new in boxes with only a
small mark on one wheel from a wheel weight.
Not going to sell, just thought I'd add my thoughts.

Since there arent any new... I bought some of the infini 3 rims and had them restored by someone who specializes in that. So maybe buy some and have em refinished?

Are you interested in selling the wheels I am looking for? If so, please PM and we can discuss what might work.
