Hmm. Drop it from what to what? So far I think you said something liek $220 for bumper and $700 for shipping one bumper? Overall, $920 for just one bumper before bulk. How much further down is the lip from stock(ground clearance difference) and have you painted it yet?

glad I am in NZ, I have one of each to go on my car, and so does a mate though he has the bonnet in carbon.
