New To The Community

I had recently purchased a 90 rx7. I'm quite new to the tuner community, I had just never had the means to get into it, now that I finally can, I have no idea where to start. I've met a few people that live around me that have 2nd gen. rx7's like mine but I can't ask them a million questions without turning into a burden. SO with that being said, any advice would be appreciated where to start with the car. I am deff a N0000b, sry. lol any reading material would be great. general advice and suggestions.

Thanks :shocking:

And yes I am reading the gen FAQ in the forum. :D

that's about all you need. Search for any problems first, find a solution and if you run into problems then post a new thread.

pretty much everything you need has been covered so just search. Welcome to the club.

The 86-92 RX-7 is a good entry-level real sports car, and you are reading the FAQ, so I would say that you are off to a great start. As stated by phoenix7, just Search first, and ask questions if that doesn't work. Nearly every question has been answered already, but sometimes the search engine doesn't work well for some questions. Also, many questions can be answered by simply reading the service manual or owner's manual.

See my post here for basic noob advice:

Welcome!

Tell us what your car is: you've read the FAQ and such so I am assuming you know about GXL, GTUs, 10th ae, etc.
Tell us motor

That's about the experience of your car (problems, new ideas, etc.) Love to hear it!
Have fun but don't try and do things that seem odd or extremely cheap...
