Don't forget you'll need to swap in the TII driveaxel, transmission, & rear differential as the NAs drivetrain is not heavy duty. There may be other parts as well.

I believe roadrunner has one of these on his NA.

You do not need to replace your drivetrain!!

Knonfs,

Please do explain :) I've heard an additional 30-40ft/lbs torque (25% more) is all the NA drivetrain can stand.

That's it? What else? How much is the supercharger cost?

How do you plan on getting your engine to 250-270hp prior to adding a supercharger??

The rear end is used in 10 second and 11 second V8 swaps. It's fine.

The tranny with a good driver should be plenty fine for up to 300HP if not more.

Alot since they don't make it anymore :).

They only made about 10 of these kits because most owners were too cheap to spend the $3K they cost. Your only chance of getting one is finding a used kit for sale.

rotorforce 04-27-06 04:12 PM

Theres an N/A with that exact supercharger in the for sale section

This is a great kit, really wakes the car up after 3500 rpm's. It was a moderately hard install. The reason for this is the pulley's that came with mine didnt fit correctly so I had to have them machined to spec. The supercharger fitment was another issue as it is really tight and there is almost no room for clearence. I recomend upgrading all of your old bolts and fittings on your engine, as well as replacing and securing vacuum lines while you install this. Finally, I found mine used for under two grand, which is why I did this instead of a custom turbo install. Good luck!

Im wondering that aswell... I hope you arent planning on a BP or PP... with a supercharger you are going to want to keep overlap as low as possible.
