i doubt you'll find one cheap anywhere, in fact i've never even seen one in the US so you're likely only to find one in japan and shipping a 6 foot wing in itself is going to cost a bit.

the first picture you gave from the side it looks good, the ad pictures it looks a bit more gaudy. but some people like gaudy and unique i guess. what i believe it is is just a pedestal sandwich mount for the whaletail OEM spoiler since it looks like it's 2 pieces with the stock wing resting on top.

as well, it depends if someone only has the middle piece, you'd still need to find the OEM top spoiler. lucky for you they aren't rare or hard to find but still added costs.

There is a new in the box one for sale, https://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/w1175115696
480,000 Yen is $3365 today, to rich for me, but if you had to have one, that is it.

There's also probably shipping and import taxes to worry about too, which would put it well over 4 grand and still only half a wing assuming you still need the OEM spoiler which can be difficult to find in good shape. i have the same top spoiler on my car, the paint is fisheye cracked because of thermal expansion/contraction which they tend to do if you don't have a garage to park in.
