They way i look at it is if you can get it to work the way you want and it doesn't effect performance negativly then do it, it's your car don't even worry about the people who don't like your idea, they are entittled to an oipinion just as you are and when you post something on the internet you have to expect some people to have diffferent opinions, but its your car if YOU like ti do it

Hey, I apologize if that sounded like it was directly aimed at you, it was a generalization not a direct comment. Sorry if it sounded that way ;)
The comment was in reply to the replys that you got..

I think what people aren't understanding here is that you want to have your BOV noticable and not super quiet. When I hear a BOV on a car I think fast, and yes the sound does intimidate some. Then again im from a city where all you find are a few stock turbo cars, and about 3 real turbo cars, so hearing the BOV is certainly a surprize :)

I got it done! We picked up a one way valve for a gardin hose and stuck a peice of rubber hose on the end of the bov and put the valve on the other end and it works great. But later on it died and would'nt start back up and finally after about 1 hour of feezing to death we got it started. I think it was just flooded. Did I mention its 10 degrees outside we froze our asses off.

Its all good. I know what you mean about no turbo cars. All there are are kids with merc grand maquis trying to race everyone with gt bages on the sides (ever heard of domestic rice?)

domestic rice? this city IS domestic rice! lol.

Everyone trys to race everyone here it seems, you have guys in piece of shit pickups, to ford taurus, to POS 70's boat cars. Whenever you pull up beside these cars, and theirs teenagers, a good 8/10 that they'll try and race you! lol

Turbo cars are really rare here, even stock ones, its quite amazing really about the lack of sports cars in this city. Maybe its just my area (ghetto whitehorn) but I never see anything nice. Downtown there are some nicer cars, sometimes exotics, but up here and in the NW theres SHIT.
I've heard a BOV sound in the 5 years that I've lived here a totall of 4 times! no joke.
