Level of Difficulty???

Hi all. I have an 87 na. There aren't any mods to it that concern this question. I have a cracked radiator and need to replace the rear break calipers. So any ways I have the Haynes are these two jobs that someone with not much expeance can do. So you know my level of skill I did a cold air intake(not finished yet. Still needs to be blocked off.) Replaced my alt, and the break light switch. I work with a kid who just took 11th grade auto shop. Are the rad and breaks something we can safely do on our own?

They are both easy and confidence building beginner jobs. Don't forget to bleed dem brakes.

+1 on confidence builder jobs it will allow you to jump in to larger jobs and do all the work on the 7 yourself

they are both pretty easy to do with a partner. replcaing the rad may be a little more challenging but the brakes are a breeze.

the only thing i wonder is, how did the radiator crack... did it freeze, if so i would be worried about internal engine damage.

yeah only the cyclinder shaped AFM can be installed any which way

the flap one has to sit like a door, vertical.
