Question leaving an engine on an engine stand...

I was thinking about getting the pineapple engine stand adaptor and an engine stand. I think that it would be easier to work on it with it at waist height. It would also be easier to move it around. Working with them on pallets is getting old.

Is it safe to leave a whole keg attached via front iron ac studs for a very long amount of time? Or should the engine stand only be used when working on it?

Thanks.

I've left my engine on a stand for a couple months. Didn't seem to hurt anything.

My engine has been on a stand for over a year now. No problems thus far... I'll let you know if anything bad happens when I try to install it .

just don't leave bolts loose that hold it on. that's when stuff would be more likely to bend/break.

Thanks for the replied guys. I'm just making sure. I didn't want to leave it on there and find out I have a stress crack in the iron!
